We're excited to expand our team and now require a part time member to support us in Social Media Content Creation along with weekend Sales and Customer Service.

We are looking for someone that loves fashion and people, has a great eye for capturing detail and has a good understanding of how to effectively use a variety of social media platforms.  We'll need you to be creative, inventive and fun when it comes to creating content.  This position will also involve working on the shop floor to support company sales - this will form the sales and service element of the role.  As this is a support role, you'll need to have a flexible approach and be able to turn your hand quickly to a variety of tasks and situations.  

Role Expectations:

• Position includes all day in customer service on a Saturday as mandatory.  The remaining hours are required on a flexible basis covering a Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the role as Social Media Support
• Support in overseeing company social media accounts, handling online customer queries and delivering a high standard of communication.
• Effectively and proactively utilising company social media and customer communication platforms to promote the company brand and reputation, and to further grow awareness of our products and services
• Plan, create and share a variety of quality content on a daily / weekly basis 
• Have an excellent standard in written and verbal skills 
• A love for fashion, a keen eye for outfit building and styling
• Strong attention to detail, working to and maintaining a consistently high standard 
• Work with the entire Sales / Online team to maximise opportunities to increase sales and continuously deliver a high standard in customer sales and service
• Self motivated and have a positive approach to any task with the ability to multi task as required
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently, a great team player - supportive of your colleagues 

This is primarily a support role on a part-time basis, however, additional hours may be offered as the role continues to develop and grow.
